I am sure you have already seen a million pictures of Banff and Japser National Parks. The blue lakes, the rocky mountains and the serenity has always mesmerized us but the cynic in me always wondered if it was too good to be true. So, in 2021, we booked a trip to Banff-Yoho-Jasper and as soon as I saw the first view of the mountains as we drove on the Trans-Canada Highway, my life changed. This will sound dramatic but this place has a piece of my soul. After the pandemic fiasco, our heart and souls were wary and it won’t be wrong to say that we were in a bad mental-space. I am always been drawn to mountains and this was a much-needed trip to get us back on our feet again! I am going to attempt to share as much information and guidance as I can, so you can plan your ideal trip, but you should know that a week is not enough time to explore Banff-Jasper. You will miss out on soo many things. To truly explore Banff-Jasper, you must to visit it multiple times.
